Research Interests

During my PhD I am working on the effects of biodiversity onto plant population dynamics within the framework of the Jena experiment. Specifically, the focus of my research is the genetic evolution of plants and their spatial resource usage in relation to biodiversity.
Additionally I am interested in entomology, mutualistic and antagonistic relationships between insects and plants, and invasion biology.
